Meyer Lemon Pudding

With spring in the air and Meyer lemons in season, I decided to make a bright dessert- lemon pudding. As an added bonus, I shaved white chocolate over top and threw in some fresh raspberries. I can't claim credit for the pudding recipe (save for using Meyer lemons as opposed to standard lemons), I lifted it from Martha Stewart- she never steers me wrong when it comes to sweets.
