Blossom Bakery

Cocoa V, Chelsea's vegan-friendly chocolate and wine bar, is transforming into Blossom Bakery. Construction is currently underway with doors slated to open in time for Valentine's Day (according to the contractors at the site). In addition to cholesterol, trans fat, and gluten free newbies, the revamped bakery will continue to serve many of the signature sweets previously available at Cocoa V, including Betterfinger Bars, Hot Chocolate and Pretzel Clusters.
