Mikuni's Noble Tonic 01 Bourbon Barrel Matured Maple Syrup and Noble Tonic 03 Maple Matured Sherry Bourbon Oak Vinegar. The company's maple syrup comes from ancient maple orchards in Quebec and is matured in Tuthilltown charred American oak barrels, with a hint of Tuthilltown bourbon. The same barrels are used for the 03, to age 10-year-old Spanish Sherry for an additional six months
