Unpacking Snack

After unpacking for the better part of the last three days, the space my husband and I moved into finally has some semblance of an apartment. Throughout the process and consequent chaotic disorganization, I found it too difficult to think about meals. Instead, I opted to focus on easy snacks that would provide me with the energy needed to rip open a seemingly endless number of boxes. My favorite form of nourishment and the simplest to prepare (once I found and cleaned my toaster oven)- multigrain toast spread with Once Again's cashew nut butter, topped with a sliced banana and a quick drizzle of agave nectar.

A healthy, quick unpacking snack

Once Again's organic, all natural cashew nut butter is made with two ingredients- organically grown, dry roasted cashews and expeller-pressed organic sunflower oil
